AR-GOUT^® 

INGREDIENT:
Each tablet contains Colchicine 0.5 mg.

INDICATION:
» Acute gouty arthritis.
» Gout prophylaxis.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
» Acute gouty arthritis
The initial dose of colchicine in acute gouty arthritis is 0.5 – 1.2 mg followed by 0.5 mg every two hours until pain reduce. The amount of colchicine required in acute attacks ranges from 4 – 8 mg.

» Gout prophylaxis
The prophylactic dose of colchicine is 0.5 mg given once a week up to once a day.
