INGREDIENT :

Each effervescent tablet contains:
» Lipofer 375 mg (equivalent to Fe 30 mg)
» Manganese 100 mcg
» Copper Sulfate 100 mcg
» Folic acid 500 mcg
» Vitamin B12 7.5 mcg
» Selenium 50 mcg

INDICATION :
Helps meet the needs of iron, vitamin B12, folic acid and other minerals, in pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as in the elderly

DOSAGE AND USAGE :

» 1 time a day 1 effervescent tablet
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass of water / cold water.
